Just move. Let chemistry do the rest.

Chemstorm wraps the auto-attack survivors formula inside a periodic table. You control a glowing orb, and the elements you carry fire at enemies automatically. As you level up, you add new elements — and elements react based on real chemistry:

• Hydrogen + Oxygen → Water (H₂O): hits leave puddles that slow enemies
• Sodium + Water → a violent explosion: the signature chain reaction, 2Na + 2H₂O → 2NaOH + H₂↑
• Hydrogen + Sodium → Sodium hydride explosion
• Oxygen + Sodium → a burning scorch zone
• Chlorine + Sodium → a salt-burst detonation
• …and more combinations to discover

Every 3-pick level-up shapes your elemental build. Chain the same reaction to build a combo and earn a title at the end of the run. Fifteen minutes per run, from a calm start to a full-blown chemical storm.

This is a validation prototype for itch.io — built to answer one question: does chemistry deliver the survivors-style thrill? Play it and tell us: when a reaction explodes, corrodes, or arcs — does it feel good?

Features

• 5 auto-attacking elements (H / O / Na / Cl / Fe)
• 10 two-element reactions + the signature sodium-water explosion
• Water-puddle terrain (appears over time, or create it with H + O)
• Combo system: chain explosions, corrosion, and lightning for escalating feedback
• End-of-run title based on your build (e.g. "Chain Explosion King", "Combo Maniac")
• English by default, with a Simplified Chinese option
• Settings: music / SFX toggles (persisted)

Tips

• Want the signature reaction? Pick Sodium (Na), wait for water puddles to appear (or create them with H + O), then land a sodium grain in one.
• Elements synergize — upgrade cards prefer options that react with your current build.
• Watch the "Active Compounds" panel to see which reactions are live.
